 What You Need to Know and How to Avoid Delayed Direct Deposits 

Rippling is used to accurately track your scheduled shifts, hours worked, breaks, and any work-related activities that take you off the phones (such as huddles, coaching sessions, or tech issues). It is crucial that you accurately log all activities correctly to ensure your time is tracked properly.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️: If your hours are not accurately recorded in Rippling, it will result in a DELAYED DIRECT DEPOSIT. 

To prevent this, your clock-in, clock-out, breaks, lunch, and any off-the-phone work-related activities must match exactly between Rippling and MCC (My Call Cloud). 

Nesting Mentors and Team Leaders will be reviewing both systems daily to ensure all entries are aligned for accurate timekeeping and timely payroll.
