You should record the respondents answer by:

• Typing in their response verbatim

• Typing in their response in English

• Writing in first person point of view

Good example: “I like the in-network doctors”

Bad example: “The member likes the in-network doctors”

• Using correct spelling, capitalization and punctuation rules

• NOT using apostrophes, quotation marks or special characters

If you use apostrophes, quotation marks or special characters, all data you enter WILL NOT be saved!!!!!!
