(In some cases, you will only need to do the input or the output.)
For example, if you can hear the respondent but they can not hear you, you will only need to reset the input device.
This is the first Troubleshooting technique you should try, as it will allow you to fix the issue quickly and get back on the call.
**Note:** If you hear echoes during the call, it may be because two or more devices are picking up the sound. To resolve this issue, disable all extra devices except for your headset. This usually fixes the problem.
