 This guide is intended for your reference only and should not be read aloud to the respondent. It focuses on words related to the orange (Noble System) and purple (Voxco System) categories. You will find valuable instructions, such as what to say if a gatekeeper answers the phone, or how to proceed with questions depending on the respondent's answers. Most of the key terms will be presented in all capital letters.

 Please keep this in mind: if any text is in capital letters, we will not read it aloud. This also applies to answer choices. If an answer choice is written in all capital letters, do not say it out loud to the respondent; instead, mark it if they choose that answer and move on without commenting.
