Script Read Verbatim

1. Make sure to read all questions and answers verbatim. Do not add any filler words.

 Never interpret the meaning of the script, question, or answer choice.
If needed, just repeat the question or answer choice.  

2. Speak clearly and pronounce words correctly.  

This will help the respondent understand you and the survey, ensuring that you receive the most accurate answers. 

3. Use emphasis on bold/underlined letter words.

 This helps the respondent grasp important keywords in the question or transitional statement.  

4. Do not add or remove words that change the meaning of the script. More than three mistakes is a major failure.

 Just remember to read the script, questions, and answer choices word-for-word!!!
