The following subpages are the Noble/iCati POP dispositions and information. You are required to keep the disposition subpage available at all times during calls.

Please refer to the section whenever you are unsure of which disposition to use. If you still have questions after reviewing it, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Nesting Mentor or Team Leader for further guidance.

A disposition must be recorded on every number you dial. Some dispositions are project specific while others are the same for every survey.
