Traveling in the world is a constant battle with the ocean. At least, in the Blues, there's hardly an issue, barely an inconvenience. There are even newly made caverns running underneath Reverse Mountain that allow for easier travel between the Blues.
Traveling does not count against your daily downtime activities. But remember, it costs 1 DT to create 4 TP. Traveling with companions requires only one character to make the TP cost to travel.
