Upon the successful completion of an Underworld mission, you gain Infamy, which works towards your Rank within the Underworld. Each successful mission grants you a base 500 Infamy. Additionally, if your actions within the mission are deemed particularly ruthless or beneficial towards the Underworld’s interests, you may be allotted the chance to roll a number of dice depending on the tier of the mission (d4 for Blues, d6 for Paradise, d8 for Ocean, d10 for New World, d12 for Laughtale) and multiply the number rolled by 100, adding those points to your Infamy as well.
In the case of PvP, upon defeating or betraying a Player (depending on their faction), you gain the benefit of taking their level multiplied by 100 and adding it to your Infamy score.
Initiate/Soldier Division
Thug
- Requires: 0 Infamy
- Benefits: Ability to join Underworld Familias and participate in Underworld Missions.
Enforcer
- Requires: 1,500 Infamy
- Benefits: Gain a package of 3 common poisons and 3 Smoke Bombs.
Fixer
- Requires: 3,000 Infamy
- Benefits: Receive a bonus of 25,000 Berry and an Underworld Emblem (+1 to Intimidation and Sleight of Hand checks). The Emblem also grants you access to exclusive Underworld markets.
Hitman
- Requires: 6,000 Infamy
- Benefits: Receive a bonus of 50,000 Berry, a care package of 3 uncommon poisons and 3 Flash Bombs, and the right to operate as a contract killer for high-value targets within the Underworld.
Under-Boss
- Requires: 12,000 Infamy
- Benefits: Gain the ability to influence an Underworld Base (Tier 1), control a minor territory, and receive one free travel per week within the Blues, not requiring TP.
Mafioso Division
Boss
- Requires: 24,000 Infamy
- Benefits: Receive an Underworld Embellishment (+1 to AC and Saving Throws) and the ability to influence an Underworld Base to Tier 2. You can issue orders to lower-ranked members and control a larger territory. You also gain a specialized weapon or armor upgrade (Tier 2) of your choice.
Crime Lord
- Requires: 42,000 Infamy
- Benefits: Gain 6 Power's Basic Feat (does not count against your total feats) and control over multiple territories. You can impose taxes on businesses within your territories and influence an Underworld Base to its highest tier within the Blues. Additionally, you receive a Tier 3 upgrade for your weapon or armor.
Overlord
- Requires: 60,000 Infamy, Level 10
- Benefits: Select one of your ships and add a Smuggler's Compartment without spending any DT or Berri. Gain the ability to control smuggling operations across the Grand Line and receive a Tier 4 weapon or armor upgrade. You can also command significant influence over Underworld operations in Paradise.
Mafia Boss Division
Reaper
- Requires: 75,000 Infamy
- Benefits: Undertake a special test for unique perks and gain extensive influence over the Underworld, including control over smuggling, extortion, and assassinations across the Grand Line. You also receive a custom-made ship upgrade that enhances stealth and speed, plus the ability to bypass one Travel check per in-game week.
Godfather
- Requires: 90,000 Infamy, ???, Level 15, One Level of Armament Haki, One Level of Observation Haki, 4 Haki Levels Total
- Benefits: Grant special boons to your followers, command the Underworld Council, and dictate the organization's goals. Gain access to a secret network of informants and spies, allowing you to gather intelligence on any target. You also receive an additional Tier 4 weapon or armor upgrade and control over New World operations.
Mafia Don (1)
- Requires: 100,000+ Infamy, Level 18, Godfather Rank
- Benefits: The ultimate authority within the Underworld. You command absolute loyalty and fear from all ranks. Initiate large-scale operations, such as territory takeovers, with minimal resistance. Receive a fully upgraded flagship with Sea Prism Stone lining, and gain the final say in all Underworld dealings, including the approval of Warlord candidates.
