Upon completing a mission for the Revolutionary Army, you gain Bounty, which represents your growing reputation within the organization and the World Governments Opinion that You are no better than pirates. Each successful mission earns you a base 50,000 Bounty towards your overall standing in the Revolutionary Army. However, if your actions in the mission are particularly impactful, heroic, or help in sparking significant uprisings, your DM may allow you to roll a number of dice based on the tier of the mission, (d4 for Blues, d6 for Paradise, d8 for Ocean, d10 for New World, d12 for Laugh Tale). Multiply the number rolled by 10,000, adding those Fame points to your total as well.
In the case of PvP, upon defeating a Player (depending on their Honor, Bounty, or Reputation), you gain the benefit of taking their Bounty (if they are a Pirate or Revolutionary) fully, or taking their Honor (if Marine) multiplied by 1,000, or taking their Notoriety (if Bounty Hunter) multiplied by 10, and adding it to your Bounty.

Revolutionary Initiate
Requires: None
Benefits:
Ability to join Rebel Cells (with permission) and participate in Missions.
Gain 10,000 Berries as a sign-on bonus for joining the Army.
Access to basic weapons and light armor of your choice, representing your new role in the revolution.
Revolutionary Soldier
Requires: 500,000 Bounty, Revolutionary Initiate Rank
Benefits:
Rising Rebel: Your deeds have spread among the oppressed people. You gain a permanent +1 bonus to either Persuasion or Insight, reflecting your ability to rally others to the cause.
Scavenger’s Loot: After completing a mission, you may claim one additional minor item or resource (e.g., food, ammunition, or minor medicines) as a bonus.
Rebel’s Loyalty: Gain advantage on checks to recruit new members to your cell or faction.
Revolutionary Veteran
Requires: 1,000,000 Bounty, Revolutionary Soldier Rank
Benefits:
Renowned Revolutionary: Your renown gives you favorable treatment in rebel-controlled regions and towns, where people may offer you discounts or assistance.
Signature Weapon: Choose one weapon or piece of armor that you are proficient with. After a long rest, you can add an additional applicable upgrade to it (Tier 2 or lower). You may change this upgrade each time you rest.
Bounty Bonus: Gain an additional 50,000 Bounty after completing high-profile rebel missions.
Revolutionary Officer
Requires: 2,000,000 Bounty, Level 6, Revolutionary Veteran Rank, At least 2 levels in Haki
Benefits:
Treasure of the Rebels: You gain an additional 5,000 Berries x (Chest Tier) whenever you find a hidden cache or treasure.
Tactical Leader: You can choose a Combat Feat of your choice.
Commanding Presence: Your presence boosts your allies. Party members within 30 feet of you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and saving throws.
Mid-Level Members (Command Ranks)
Revolutionary Captain
Requires: 4,000,000 Bounty, Level 8, Revolutionary Officer Rank
Benefits:
Cell Leader: You gain the ability to lead smaller Rebel Cells, organize missions, and mentor other members of the Army.
Leader’s Influence: Missions you complete as a Cell Leader award double Fame, reflecting your growing importance in the Revolution.
Treasure Seeker: Gain advantage on rolls to locate hidden rebel caches or weapons.
Revolutionary General
Requires: 5,000,000 Bounty, Level 8, Revolutionary Captain Rank, 3 lvls in Haki (Optional)
Benefits:
Master of Rebellion: You now lead large-scale campaigns and coordinate multiple cells under your command.
Leader’s Influence: Missions you complete as a General award double Fame, strengthening your influence among the oppressed.
Aura of Authority: Once per long rest, you can declare your leadership, causing all enemies within a 60-foot radius to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Special DC (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become frightened.
Revolutionary Strategist
Requires: 6,000,000 Bounty, Level 10, Revolutionary General/Captain Rank
Benefits:
Commander’s Domain: Your influence extends to multiple regions, and you can command Rebel Cells across the world.
Battlefield Mastery: Your Party members gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls, saving throws, and AC when within 30 feet of you.(Doesn't stack with previous ranks)
Master Tactician: Once per long rest, you can issue a tactical command that grants your Party advantage on all combat checks for 1 minute.
Revolutionary Hero
Requires: 8,000,000 Bounty, Level 12, Revolutionary Strategist Rank
Benefits:
Legendary Rebel: You are now a living legend, recognized by the oppressed across the world. Your mere name inspires hope and defiance gain a 1d4 to all skill checks made on any influenced islands.
Legendary Aura: Enemies within 30 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Special DC or become stunned with awe for 1 minute if a creature has passed this check they can not be effected by this ability again for 24 hours.
Ultimate Leader: Your Party members gain a +3 bonus to attack rolls, saving throws, and AC when within 30 feet of you.(Doesnt stack with previous ranks)

Master of Espionage: Each DT point used for evading counts as 2 DT points, allowing you to make multiple checks as part of one DTA rather than one
Faction Delegate
Requires: 12,000,000 Bounty, Level 18, Commander-in-Chief Rank
Benefits:
Delegate Leadership: You represent a major faction of the Revolutionary Army, coordinating with other leaders on continent-spanning missions you may do an extra POI in regaurds to furthering the Revolutions goals.
Faction Dominion: Gain control over entire regions, commanding Rebel Cells, allies, and resources at your disposal, You may have 2 strongholds instead of 1.
