This is where you sit near the wall clock, pick the clock's number that the second hand is closest to, think about how to improve your behavior, and return to class lesson once the second hand has come all the back to the number you picked (60 seconds / 1 minute).
3rd Time - Sit at the "Reflection Section" and follow steps: 1) Calm yourself, 2) Reflect, 3) Plan, 4) Wait for Coach to invite you back to the lesson while raising your hand. As you are waiting, please prepare to let coach know what your plan is to improve your behavior.
4th Time - Coach will contact your teacher, the front office, and/or your parent(s)/guardian(s).
We all have rough days. If you need extra time to sit and gather yourself, just let Coach know.
