There are many benefits to an organization rooted in the growth mindset. But how do we implement a new mindset in an organization without overwhelming those we hope to inspire?
We must strive for coherence, and involve all parties in the planning and executing of this innovative mindset. Starting with the natural innovators, trickling down to the early adopters, and ultimately to the organization as a whole. Organizations must focus on the why as opposed to the when, what and how. Inspiring people with our actions will make the transition more appealing than a mandated power point presentation.
