This question requires us to analyze the products and evidence of continuous school improvement in parts and as a whole. Most importantly, answering this question means assessing the impact of the shared vision. We should be asking this question:

to review where the school is as they begin creating the vision
to review where it is during implementation of the continuous school improvement plan
We will know if we are making a difference as we evaluate the:
impact of programs and practices
the effectiveness of the plan itself
the attainment of school goals
