Find competent leaders to delegate specific tasks to so that you can focus on staff and student culture and high quality instruction. Part of this process includes delegating leaders in specific areas so staff knows who to contact in case of emergency or need. Choose qualified team members to serve as first responders in case of urgent concerns.
