Yoga transformed me eight years ago during my first trip to India. I've been practicing and expanding my skillset from all kinds of different traditions, such as hatha, ashtanga, daoism, Vipassana and calisthenics. I completed a 500-hr yoga teacher training in Nepal in 2018 but I haven't been teaching professionally yet. I feel like the time has come for me to embrace this path and share my practice with all who wish to develop in balance, patience and strength.
