My love for yoga began during some challenging times, and it quickly became my anchor. While I initially turned to yoga for solace during those rough patches, I discovered its true gift was how it taught me to be wholly present, cherishing life's beautiful moments.
I find joy and purpose in guiding people towards inner peace and balance, particularly through the practices of Yin Yoga and Reiki. My approach is also deeply influenced by Hatha Vinyasa, ensuring a well-rounded yoga experience. I have a special place in my heart for working with kids and teens, helping them embrace yoga and mindfulness. Additionally, I am currently being trained in Somatic Breathwork and Advanced Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga, which allow me to deepen my practice in creating a safe and supportive space for everyone. I’m here to help guide you on your journey to tranquility and self-discovery.
