Session Description
We as a team of three teachers will be providing one hatha yoga strength building flow session in festival . We are the first batch graduates of Sir Zafar shah (yoga bliss pk 1st international certified yoga school) strength-building yoga flow typically incorporates a series of poses that engage and challenge various muscle groups. Common elements may include standing poses like Warrior sequences, balancing poses, core-strengthening exercises, and transitions that emphasize controlled movements. The flow aims to enhance muscular endurance, stability, and overall strength while maintaining the meditative and mindful aspects of yoga.
