Importance of exercise/yoga during pregnancy
- the transition from regular exercise to prenatal (adjustments and initial changes you can take)
- the importance of working your pelvic floor and core
- the stages of pregnancy and how to adapt/modify (different trimesters)
- fears around exercise and how to mitigate them
