Alizeh Valjee is a humanistic therapist by profession, and leads a mental health & tech startup called Saaya Health. She integrates body based approaches into her practice working with individuals. She has a 200-hr certification in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, with teaching experience at a studio in Karachi. She completed a 6 week training in Dance Mandala freeform movement meditation at the Yoga Tree in Chiang Mai, Thailand, after which she regularly led community classes at T2F. Alizeh has led group retreats in various parts of Pakistan, where she has combined her offerings of counselling, Dance Mandala and Yoga. She is passionate about doing collective practice in nature.

Dance Mandala
Session Description
Dance Mandala is a movement meditation practice where participants are guided to move their body to the sound of music, responding to the body's authentic movement, bringing awareness to and releasing tension from the body, finding inner peace, stillness and joy.
There will be a set music playlist. Participants will have their eyes closed. We will practice breathing throughout. We will move as much or as little as we want, letting go of all fear of judgment.
The purpose of Dance Mandala is to silence the thinking mind, to come into a state of flow, to connect with the self, and just release what does not serve us!
