Alchemy of breath
Session Description
Breathing is directly connected to one's life, well-breathing humans tend to be calm and mindful. In my session of Alchemy of breath, we take the time practice Nadi Shodana ( Alternate Nostril Breathing ) where an opening both your nostrils will oxygenate your nervous system to relieve tension and restlessness.
Moreover Collectively we will learn Ujjayi Pranayama ( Oceanic or Victorious breath), through So Ha, Technique. Spending time and energy to sense the flow of breath how it acts as a mood stablizer and harmonizes the endocrine system.
Letting our breath to work as an Alchemy for the mind and body.
