I began my journey as a fitness trainer 8 years ago, channeling my passion for dance into cardio. Over time I have transitioned into mobility and strength based work as I evolved my practice, becoming a yoga instructor 4 years ago.
Having worked to overcome joint issues through exercise, I believe in bringing my experiences and real-life challenges into my classes to guide clients through gentle, yet intense flows.
