Imperial Accord for Galactic Peace and Prosperity - Novus Konorvilla

We, the undersigned, in the interest of securing the future of humanity and promoting stability across the vast expanse of Oligoterron Rex, hereby establish this Imperial Accord for Galactic Peace and Prosperity.

Article I: Upholding the Imperial Truth

• The undersigned commit to unwavering loyalty to the Imperial Truth, recognizing it as the foundation upon which a rational and united society can be built.

• The propagation of atheism and the rejection of superstition shall be upheld as fundamental principles. All forms of religious worship and activities are hereby prohibited for the sake of preserving the unity of thought and purpose.

Article II: Maintenance of Civil Society

The Peasant King, by signing this accord is granted the position of Governor of Novus Konorvilla, with all the authority this position provides within the Imperium. The Governor shall answer to all undersigned members of the Legiones Astartes. The Governor is responsible for the actions of his people.

Security Protocols:

a. All signatories shall contribute resources and forces for the protection of the Novus Konorvilla against external threats, including but not limited to xenos, heretics, and daemonic incursions.

• b. A standardized Imperial Guard shall be established, comprised of forces contributed by each signatory, to be utilized for the defense of Novus Konorvilla.

Economic Stability:

a. Trade and economic cooperation shall be fostered between signatory parties, with the understanding that a prosperous Imperium benefits all.

• b. The Mechanicum shall oversee the development and standardization of technology to ensure uniform progress across the Imperium. This support will be provided to all parties who wish to sign the below.

Xenos Relations:

• a. Diplomatic efforts with xenos species are to be conducted under the guidance of Delegatus Latulae. Any unauthorized contact or collaboration with xenos forces is strictly forbidden.

Psyker Regulation:

• a. The Adeptus Astra Telepathica shall govern the training, deployment, and monitoring of psykers to prevent warp-related catastrophes and heretical practices.

Imperial Compliance:

• a. All parties seeking refuge within Novus Konorvilla shall comply with the Imperial Tithe, contributing the required resources, manpower, and technologies to support the Imperium's needs.

Article III: Punishment for Treason

• Any signatory found guilty of treason, heresy, or deviation from the Imperial Truth shall face severe consequences, including but not limited to censure, flogging, and the total annihilation of the guilty party or parties.

Article IV: Amendments and Review

• Amendments to this accord may be proposed by the undersigned and ratified by a two-thirds majority vote of the undersigned.

• Periodic reviews of the accord shall be conducted to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in maintaining galactic peace.

In Witness Whereof, we, the representatives of the undersigned, pledge our allegiance to the Imperial Truth and commit to upholding the principles laid forth in this accord for the greater glory of the Imperium of Man.
