🥕 Folkland Group Event 2025 🥕
After the events that unfolded in both Harvest Town and the Namhrán Woods, the Brownies in the area have started regularly inviting the Guild of Heroes back to town for holidays and other celebrations. On one such occasion, they’ve invited the entire guild to celebrate Great-great Grandpappy Jingles’ 333rd birthday! It’s a momentous occasion - and a lucky number to boot - and they want to use all the bells and whistles to make it a birthday to remember for old man Jingles.
As everyone sat down for the feast before them - several kinds of soups, some sort of enchanted pastry that won’t stop singing the same three lines on repeat, meats and cheeses, edible flowers, you name it! - pies were delivered to each table, seeming to appear out of thin air. While most were making merry and assumed some of the Brownies placed them onto the buffet while the Guild were otherwise occupied, no one was entirely sure.
That is… until people started to eat them. Delicious, they were! They came in tons of flavors - cherry, strawberry rhubarb, an oddly sweet and earthy mushroom concoction - but one by one, with a poof anyone who’d eaten them started to disappear in a strange puff of pink, glittery smoke.
And that includes you.
As you try to gain your bearings in the world around you, you dizzily try to gain your balance and hear a jovial chuckle from somewhere in the distance, and what sounds like hooves click-clacking on the nearby cobblestone. The problem is… you can no longer see past the long table. Wait, when did the trees get so tall?

Veggieland Quest One
A Shrunken Dilemma
After coming to, you realize that you’ve been shrunk down! You’re still at the same table with the feast going on around you, but the pie seems to be the culprit. Your old clothes seeming to be a bit too large at the moment, try to scrounge up some materials from what you find around you to better suit your new stature!
Design an outfit made up of what you have around you - twine, buttons, anything you can find! Anything goes as long as you can find it lying around, even on the table.
Rewards:
100 Fairy GoldÂ
Thimble x1 - Fortitude +1 for the next 3 turns
Edible Flower x1 - When consumed, you gain 1d4 temporary HP

Veggieland Quest Two
Sprite City
While you can’t currently fix your current dilemma, why not go explore the nearby Sprite City? The Brownies will be taxiing everyone via wagon or squirrel. Once there, you can check out the city, usually too small to be visited by many! See what the current fashion trends are, try some local cuisine, or just explore the area. The choice is yours.
Draw or write about your character exploring Sprite City and what they find there.
Rewards:
100 Fairy GoldÂ
Button x1 - When equipped as a shield, you take half damage from a single attack. It breaks after one use.
Twine x1 - Useful for climbing and rappelling! Though, only on tiny creatures…
Leaf Umbrella x1 - only functional for Sprites & Fairies, or when shrunken down and visiting Sprite City! Otherwise, it makes a very cute decoration for your mantle, or so we hear.

Veggieland Quest Three
A Solution?
A few days after the banquet, the Brownies send a messenger to everyone - they may have a solution! But it’ll be tricky, and it’ll take about a month to complete. While perusing some old almanacs and Grimoires, they found a potion that can grow everyone back to normal size - the problem is how many potions they need to brew and needing some specific star alignments and moon phases in order to get the ingredients to interact accordingly. Either way, they’ve gotten some quick-acting fertilizer and tiny tools if you wish to help!
Draw or write about your character helping the Brownies farm the ingredients needed in order to brew the potions! The items you help to farm determine what your quest rewards are.

Veggieland Quest Four
Into the Unknown
There are still some other ingredients that can’t be cultivated in the Brownies’ herb gardens and farms! If you’re willing and able, they’d like you to venture out and find the last few ingredients in the surrounding woods and fields. The Brownies suggest that Guild members go in groups or pairs due to everything being so much larger now, even small creatures could harm you now!
Draw or write about your character collecting some of the harder to find ingredients for the potions! The items you help to find determine what your quest rewards are.
Rewards:
100 Fairy GoldÂ
10 CrystalsÂ
Unicorn Tears x1 - a type of lily that only blooms at midnight, under direct moonlight, on the forest floor. It’s a delicacy to most of the flora and fauna, so be careful to grab it before someone else does! Heals 10 points to yourself or an ally when consumed.
Lamb’s Ear x1 - a green plant with white “hairs” soft as a lamb’s ear. Normally, the Brownies grow this as well, but they recently ran out after a large order commissioned by the Winter Court. There should be some in the surrounding meadows, though…
Removes all common status ailments when consumed by yourself or an ally.
Gemberries x1 - A white or pink flower that grows red, orange, gold, or white seeds that greatly resemble cut gems. When crushed, they sparkle! Can also be used as edible glitter. They typically grow near toadstools in both meadows and forests, but also prefer high-up places like cliffs. Can make food or potions more appetising to those who consume it, requiring a Willpower saving throw.
Jack’s Magic Beans x1 - there’s a mysterious trader who roams around after dark who sells these beans said to be good for growth! If not for the Brownies swearing that they do, in fact work, you’d never believe them! They just look like normal kidney beans… though they are kinda shiny. These beans give advantage on a Charisma Saving Throw or Charisma Check.

Veggieland Quest Five
Potions Galore
Finally, the moment we’ve all been waiting for! After countless hours of hunting, searching, weeding and the like - everything is in order. The potions have been brewed to their perfect lilac color, and you take your bottle and become you again - well, the correctly-sized you. The potions taste different according to each individual, but are generally sweet and have a mild, delightful scent. Due to everyone’s efforts, there were extra brews you can take home as well!Â
Draw or write about your character either helping to brew the potions, their experience drinking it and how they felt about this whole ordeal, or potentially looking for the culprit behind the pie incident!
Rewards:
200 Fairy GoldÂ
Potion of Growth x1 - For the next minute, the drinker becomes 2 sizes larger
Slice of Pie (Cursed) x1 - Delicious, but within the next minute those who consume it become 2 sizes smaller for an undisclosed amount of time.
