Levels

There are 8 levels to work your way through. Each one unlocks new content and bonuses in the world, as well as class points.

All new characters start at Sprout (Level 1) with 11 stat points. The maximum stat cap for a Sprout is 15 stat points, so it should take you 800 fairy gold to get there.

All other levels will require +5 stat points, or 1000 fairy gold each level.

Again, your racial bonus is a free +1 that counts toward your maximum stat cap for your level.

🍄 Sprout (Level 1)

You are a relatively young fae, and just starting out on your adventure. You have the same level of magical or martial combat as a civilian and have yet to build a name for yourself.

• You start with 11 stat points, and have a maximum of 15 stat points.

• You can take on Level 1 Quests and bounties.

• You can enrol in a Class Specialty.

🍄 Apprentice (Level 2)

You have found a mentor and have begun training in a Subclass. You are starting to build some basic skills but aren’t much of a threat yet. You have made some friends but the Realm hasn't heard of you yet.

• You have a maximum of 20 stat points.

• You can take on Level 2 Quests and bounties.

• You can now enrol in a subclass!

• You unlock +2 class points.

🍄 Journeyman (Level 3)

You have developed basic skills and you're now ready to get some experience working by yourself. The locals may know of you, but the wider Realm still hasn't heard of you.

• You have a maximum of 25 stat points.

• You can take on Level 3 Quests and Bounties.

• You unlock +2 class points.

🍄 Acolyte (Level 4)

You have graduated from your apprenticeship and are starting to show real talent! News of your deeds are spreading.

• You have a maximum of 30 stat points.

• You can take on Level 4 Quests and Bounties.

• You unlock +2 class points.

🍄 Guardian (Level 5)

You have real talent. You have mastered your skills and can take on more responsibility.

• You have a maximum of 35 stat points.

• You can take on Level 5 Quests and Bounties.

• You unlock +2 class points.

🍄 Hero (Level 6)

You are considered a Hero in your Duchy and most people know of you. You can take on a squire or apprentice.

• You have a maximum of 40 stat points.

• You can take on Level 6 Quests and Bounties.

• You can take on an apprentice.

• You unlock +2 class points.

🍄 Legend (Level 7)

Your name will live on not only in your lifetime, but in history as well. The entire Realm has heard of you. Bards sing of your exploits in taverns, your hometown boasts of raising you, and people come up to you on the street asking for an autograph.

• You have a maximum of 45 stat points.

• You can take on Level 7 Quests and Bounties.

• You have unlocked Mortal Realm travel.

• You unlock +2 class points.

🍄 Archfey (Level 8)

The highest level of power and prestige in the Realm. You achieve immortality and are a protector of the realm.

• You have a maximum of 50 stat points.

• You can take on Level 8 Quests and Bounties.

• You unlock +2 class points.

When you have upgraded your stats to the max amount of points for your level, you can apply to Level Up! Post the below message in the fairy-market Discord channel, and an admin will review your character log and approve your level-up.

“CHARACTER NAME is ready to level up to LEVEL NAME (LEVEL #).”

After you level up, you immediately gain +2 class points. Stat points continue to cost 200 fairy gold each.

After levelling up, please update your character's log and app to reflect your new stats and level.

• Your character log needs to be updated with your new level, money spent, and any classes or sub-classes you take on.

• Your character app needs to be updated - particularly the stat wheel and any relevant text.

• If you would like to update your character design to reflect your new power level, please archive your old character app so the admin can still access it via direct link, and create a new character app.
