The city of Ankrahmun, the palace, and the entire district are fine. Now to the matter at hand: I checked on the members of the royal household; of four hundred members only one hundred men are provided with garments while three hundred are without garments. I questioned Tafnakht and Siamun on account of the men without garments, and Siamun answered me as follows: "This is not my duty, Tafnakht has to give them garments". And Tafnakht answered me as follows: "I provided garments for one hundred of the corps, and my assignment is only one hundred; the balance Siamun has to provide with garments." This is what they answered me. It so happens that Epuh is now in the presence of my lord. My lord should instruct Epuh what to do and he should give me the necessary orders to provide the members of the household with garments"
