If a patron wants to make color copies, the Circulation Department does have access to a color copier to make the copies for them. Located behind the wall of the Circulation Desk, this copier costs 50 cents PER page. This is much more expensive than if a student were to scan the document using the scanner upstairs, email it themselves, and then print to the color printer.
When running the bill in SIRSI, you would bill the "Copies" account.
