Disable Desktop Zoom

Debian 9 Stretch packed one highly annoying feature: the desktop ALT+MOUSEUP/MOUSEDOWN zoom. Once in a while, you get into stuck zoom position and start scratching your head to get out from that situation. Fortunately there is a way to enable/disable that feature.

Exit the program and you're done from entering into the zoom space.
