There are 6 general levels of blame that reflects one's emotional sense of responsibilities. They are detectable through one's expression, especially from speech and words. We will review each levels in the following elements:
The deeper the level, the more responsible one is.
This level is all about whining, without considering the effect towards the surrounding emotional energy. One just express the negativity as it is.
Examples:
This level is about aware of the source of blame entering one, and blame towards oneself allowing such event to occurs. This shows that one is self-aware that he/she is in control of his/her emotion but not strong enough to manage it.
Examples:
This level is about the beginning of taking emotional responsibilities. One has shown the sign of maturity and is accepting that there was a flaw inside oneself, aware of emotional responsibility.

This level is about root causing the problem and taking action to the emotional responsibilities.
