Evening with Your Elected Officials

Summary: This year we rebranded our Community Roundtable to an Evening with Your Elected Officials to more accurately encapsulate the event. We had 23 Elected Officials RSVP, with 21 present at the event, and over 80 students. This event provides our department with an invaluable opportunity to directly connect students to their elected officials. Notably this year, we expanded to the Grand Ballroom D and brought new State legislators, including Senator Cathy Kipp, Senator Marchman, and Representative Eliza Hamrick. In addition, all of the City Council and all County Commissioners were in attendance, with the addition of the former Mayor Wade Troxell, and the 8th District Attorney Adams County Commissioner, Steve O’Dorisio.
