Bottle Drop Recycling Program

Summary: In a meeting with Coca-Cola last year, one of their sustainability representatives offered the idea of starting a bottle drop recycling program at CSU like there is in Oregon. This program would increase the price of all beverages sold in plastic bottles by 10 cents. Then there would be drop-off locations around campus where students could return the empty bottles and get the 10 cents back.

Future work: Meet with the RamCard office to discuss starting steps. Come up with a proposal for HDS to have drop-off locations in dining centers and/or residence halls.
