We admitted our best thinking got us here... so maybe it's time to try something else.
Came to believe that a loving force, within us or beyond us (or both), had better ideas.
Made the radical decision to stop being our own spiritual bouncers and open the heart-club to the universe.
Took a soul-level inventory—with humor, courage, and snacks.
Spoke our truth to a human, a tree, or the cosmos—whatever felt sacred—and didn’t spontaneously combust.
Became willing to let go of baggage... except for the velvet bag of weird dreams—we’re keeping that.
Asked our higher self (and/or fungi) to transform our shadow with grace and glitter.
Made a list of people we’d wronged—and started rewriting the apology draft we first wrote at 3am.
Made amends wherever possible, unless it would cause more chaos than clarity.
Kept checking ourselves before we wrecked ourselves. Daily. Hourly. Sometimes mid-conversation.
Sought deeper connection through meditation, nature, music, sacred breath, and the occasional cosmic detour.
Awakened to something beyond words—and now try to be useful without becoming a guru. Or at least a fun weirdo who helps.
