Try writing these at the end of the day:
Did I act in line with my values today? Where did I stray?
Was I honest, kind, and humble—or reactive and fearful?
Did I hurt someone today? Can I take responsibility?
What can I celebrate about my growth today?
“Today I felt impatient during a conversation and spoke sharply. I could’ve slowed down and listened better. Tomorrow I’ll own that moment and try again. I also showed up honestly in a tough situation—I’m proud of that.”
Set aside 5–10 minutes at the end of each day, somewhere quiet. You can light a candle, play calming music, or just sit in stillness.
Steps:

🔍 Ask Yourself:
What did I do well today?
Where did I fall short or react out of fear, anger, or old habits?

Did I take ownership, or can I make amends tomorrow?
💖 Gratitude Moment – Name one thing you're grateful for about your growth today.
