This first Concept reminds us that the heartbeat of our movement lives not in a boardroom, but in the circle—where hands are held, where stories are shared, and where hope is passed from soul to soul. Decisions about how the fellowship supports its members, shares its message, and organizes its services must always return to the people. To you, to me, to every voice walking the path of recovery.

We are the stewards. We are the messengers. And in unity, we carry the torch forward.
