Concept 8 reminds us that even a spirit-led fellowship needs steady hands and clear plans. The trusted servants who oversee our finances, literature, communications, and long-term structure aren’t separate from the fellowship—they serve it, with care and courage. Their planning is practical, but the spirit behind it is sacred.

We don’t build empires—we build trust. We don’t hoard resources—we steward them. We don’t manage to control—we organize to serve.
