🛠️ Concept 3 – Right of Decision

“To ensure effective leadership, we give our trusted servants the right to decide within their responsibilities.”

This Concept gives breath to trust. We don’t ask our service members to simply carry messages back and forth—we ask them to think, to discern, to act wisely in real time. With responsibility comes the sacred right to decide. This prevents bottlenecks, builds confidence, and respects the spiritual maturity of those in service.

It’s not a free pass—it’s freedom with faith. We trust our delegates and committees not to go rogue, but to reflect, listen, and choose on behalf of us all, in the flow of our shared purpose.
