Duration: 60–90 minutes Setting: Circle formation, nature-based setting if possible (indoors with plants and natural light also works) Needed Items:
Caapi microdose (individual servings)
One central candle or fire
Journals and pens
Sound bowl or gentle music (optional)
Small object from nature for each participant (stone, leaf, shell)
Facilitator welcomes the group:
“Welcome, fellow travelers. Tonight we gather not to escape, but to embrace—our shadows, our stories, and our steps. The vine walks with us, not to lead or follow, but to reflect what lives within.”
Group Breathwork (3 minutes): Inhale deeply for 4 counts Hold for 4 Exhale for 6 Repeat x3
Intention Setting:
Each person holds their natural object and speaks their name and intention aloud (e.g., “I am Kurt, and I open myself to Step Five’s healing.”)
Place object into a shared bowl or altar at the center.
Facilitator says:
“We honor the medicine—not as a force to fix us, but as a friend to walk beside us. May this microdose be gentle, may our hearts be brave.”
Each participant consumes the microdose mindfully.
Silent reflection for 2–3 minutes, letting the vine settle.
Facilitator guides through selected Steps with poetic affirmations:
Step 1 – Surrender
“I am not the storm—I am the sail, open and willing to move with spirit.”
Step 4 – Inventory
“What is buried shall rise not to shame, but to be seen. I gather truth like seeds for planting.”
Step 5 – Admission
“I speak my wounds aloud—not for approval, but for release. Vulnerability is my medicine.”
Step 11 – Connection
“The Divine lives in breath, in earth, in whisper. I do not chase it—I allow it.”
(Participants journal after each affirmation or share softly if open to it.)
Group Circle Share: Participants speak one word or phrase that describes what they’re taking home (e.g. “lightness,” “clarity,” “truth”).
Mantra Chant (repeat 3x):
Root and rise, breath and bone, Â
Guide me through the truth unknown. Â
Vine of wisdom, calm my mind, Â
Help me see where I’ve been blind.
Final Blessing:
“You carry the spiral within you—winding inward to truth, outward to connection. Step gently. Heal fiercely.”
