Valor Families,
As we close another academic year and look forward to the blessings of a new one, I am filled with immense gratitude for the Valor community and the work that the Holy Spirit has done and will continue to do here. This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the beginning of our second decade of providing a Christ-centered education. It is indeed a time to reflect on the faithfulness of God and His steadfast presence in every step of our journey (2024 Impact Report).
The past year has been one of celebration, growth, and achievement, not just academically but also spiritually. Seeing our students develop in wisdom, stature, and favor has been profoundly rewarding. As we look ahead, I am excited about the plans God has for Valor. We trust that He will continue to guide our steps as we strive to equip our students with the tools they need to be effective disciples of Christ in a complex world.
Summer offers an amazing opportunity to rest and rejuvenate. I would encourage each of you to take this time to strengthen the bonds within your families and to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation together. Embracing these moments of discipleship, fellowship and reflection is essential in nurturing the soul and renewing the spirit.
Looking forward, please mark your calendars for August 6th, when we will gather as a community for Valor Vision Night. This will be a special evening of fellowship, vision casting, and preparing our hearts for what lies ahead in the coming academic year. I am eager to share with you all the exciting updates and opportunities that await our community.
May you all have a blessed and restful summer. Let us continually seek the Lord’s wisdom and grace as we nurture the young lives entrusted to our care!
In His Grace,
Wes Kanawyer
