Re-enrollment for the 25-26 school year is now open!
If you have a current student who will either be returning, or not returning, please let us know as soon as possible by logging in to the Family Portal and either enrolling, or selecting "Will not re-enroll." We have waiting lists already in several grades and while we would love to see everyone return, if you know your student is not coming back, it's helpful to us to know as soon as possible. Your student's current place in the next grade is secure up until the enrollment deadline of January 31st, 2025.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Log into Renweb at this address: The District Code is VPA-TX: https://logins2.renweb.com/Logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx?
2. Click on "Apply/Enroll" on the left hand side of the home page
3. Click "Enrollment/Reenrollment"
4. Click the button that says, "Click here to open Enrollment"
Next to your student's name under Packet Status, click "Start Enrollment Packet" and then proceed in filling out the enrollment packet following the prompts given. You will have to do this for each child, but most of the information is pre-populated and shouldn't take very long to complete.
Please note that there is a $210 non-refundable enrollment fee per student.
If your student is not returning to Valor next year, please click "Will not Re-enroll” as soon as you know.
After careful consideration and recommendations from our Finance Committee, the Board has approved modest tuition adjustments in response to rising operational costs. Our commitment remains steadfast in providing affordable education while nurturing the growth and excellence of our school.
Tuition Rates for 2025-2026
PreK and Grammar School: $6,857
Logic School: $7,298
Rhetoric School: $10,584
Scholarship Opportunities

For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop computer to complete the forms on Renweb. Please let Bethany Brown know (Admin@ValorPrep.com) if you have any issues with the enrollment process or any questions! Thank you!!!
Hey Valor family, in an attempt to raise some money for our Junior trip to Europe this spring, we are bringing back the ever-popular "free dress punch card" for a few dates in the spring. If your student would like to come in free dress (not in their uniform) on Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and senior's last day on campus -- buy a free dress card TODAY! It could be a great stocking stuffer! Cards are $15 each and all the money goes towards our student trips.
Mark your calendars! Parent University will be held on Wednesday, January 22 on Valor Campus.

More details will be given after Christmas break!
Dear Valor families,
As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus this season, I reflect on all the things I love about Christmas--the Christmas lights, songs, devotions and quiet moments alone in my living room when everyone else is asleep. These moments are rare and needed. I have many things to be grateful for in this season.
It is such a joy and privilege to partner and walk alongside you all in the education and the discipleship of your students. This semester we have experienced great moments of celebration and growth, but also experienced struggle and loss in our community. I am grateful that our hope can rest in the promises of God. As the weary soul rejoices, we can find strength and peace in the person of Jesus.
My prayer for you and your family this season is for a time of rest, renewal and connection with those we love and hold dear to us over this Christmas break--that we would make space for the most important thing-- God's presence in a lost and broken world.
We love you and wish you all a Merry Christmas.
Joyfully,
Mrs. Cornett

The last day before the break is a FULL DAY. Students can wear Christmas accessories (hats, necklaces, and socks) with their Valor uniforms. It's also a day for Christmas parties, so if you're stopping by to attend, make sure you check out the LOST and FOUND. All items not picked up by the end of the day will be donated.
Mrs. Moore's class brought 40 toys for Isaiah 117 House. One student went twice to buy toys and said, "I don't care about the pizza party, I just want these kids to feel loved." In total, Valor Grammar's School gave 175 toys to children entering the foster system throughout the holidays. Thank you for your partnership and your generosity!

Merry Christmas from Athletics
Dear Valor Families,
As we reflect on this fall season, we are filled with gratitude for your unwavering support and commitment to our athletic program. Your dedication has been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and growth among our students.
As our department and school continue to grow into a more competitive and holistic approach to athletics, we invite you to see sports as a tool for discipleship. Through commitment and hard work, we teach our children invaluable life lessons—but let us remember that our identity is not found in what we do, but in Christ alone: “For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God” (Colossians 3:3).
Living with JOY (Jesus, Others, Yourself) means ordering our loves properly, so that everything we do glorifies God and works for our good. This gives us the confidence and courage to pursue excellence, knowing our ultimate purpose is rooted in Him.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and pray that this season would be a time of rest and joy as we celebrate the birth of our Savior.
With gratitude,
Stephen Byrd

League Basketball
The season will run December - February. Games will begin in early January. Due to our limited gym space, gym space is being secured at various locations and will operate around 3-6pm between Monday - Thursday. Practices are not permitted on home days before 3pm per survey feedback. I will send out a signup sheet of gym times & locations to the coaches of the league teams.
Our game scheduling information has been sent to the private school league. Due to the number of home district games we have on Tuesdays, there is a possiblity some of our "HOME" games will be conducted at Vanguard's second gym. We are greatly appreciate of MS AD Will Curtis being willing to open up their space to us. We would ask that if you have a home game at that gym to assist in concessions, scoreboard, book, gate, etc...
League Sports can't happen without involvement from our Valor Families.
Thank you!
