Dear Valor Parents,

This week is assessment week in the Grammar School, and I'm proud to say that our teachers are carving out lots of time to give you meaningful, specific feedback about your child's academic growth and discipleship. Our mastery-based report cards which will be reviewed during upcoming parent/teacher conferences on November 13th are one of the most unique aspects of a Valor Grammar School education, and this year we have made them even more robust by adding feedback about our Habits of a Knight. Habit formation is one-third of an education. They are just as (if not more) important than head-knowledge for nourishing a life which knows the True, does the Good, and loves the Beautiful. 

Valor teachers love sitting down and talking about the ways your child has grown and can continue to grow with your partnership and Christ's help. We also want to know how your experience at Valor is going and how we can grow, so be on the lookout for a teacher email on October 24th with a link to a parent survey (very important!) and a link to sign-ups for conferences.
