Texas Education Freedom Act – Important Notice
Applications for the Texas Education Freedom Act will open February 4th and remain open until March 17, 2026. Every single family at Valor Preparatory Academy is encouraged to apply. In addition, Valor will be applying to become a TEFA provider as soon as the application opens for our school. More details and guidance will be shared as the February launch approaches.

Re-enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year for all current families is due January 31st. Your student's current place in the next grade is secure up until the enrollment deadline of January 31st, 2026.
If you have a current student who will either be returning, or not returning, please let us know as soon as possible by logging in to the Family Portal and either enrolling, or selecting "Will not re-enroll."
We have waiting lists already in several grades and while we would love to see everyone return, if you know your student is not coming back, it's helpful to let us know as soon as possible, so we can plan and work on filling that spot with a waiting family, if needed. Advanced notice also helps us with hiring teachers for next year and allows us to better plan the course schedule. To let us know either way, please follow these steps:
1. Log into Renweb at this address: The District Code is VPA-TX: https://logins2.renweb.com/Logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx?
2. Click on "Apply/Enroll" on the left hand side of the home page
3. Click "Enrollment/Reenrollment"
4. Click the button that says, "Click here to open Enrollment"
Next to your student's name under Packet Status, click "Start Enrollment Packet" and then proceed in filling out the enrollment packet following the prompts given. You will have to do this for each child, but most of the information is pre-populated and shouldn't take very long to complete.
Please note that there is a $210 non-refundable enrollment fee per student.
If your student is not returning to Valor next year, please click "Will not Re-enroll” as soon as you know.
After careful consideration and recommendations from our Finance Committee, the Board has approved modest tuition adjustments in response to rising operational costs. Our commitment remains steadfast in providing affordable education while nurturing the growth and excellence of our school.
Tuition Rates for 2026-2027
PreK and Grammar School: $7,234
Logic School: $7,699
Rhetoric School: $11,166
Scholarship Opportunities
The scholarship application for current families is still open with a new deadline of January 31st.
A note about scholarships and vouchers from the TEFA program... Our own "in house" scholarship program will function very similarly to previous years with the exception that they will be provisional depending on whether or not a family receives TEFA voucher funds.
We recently found out that voucher applications will not open until early February. This means families will need to re-enroll by the 1/31 deadline, and let us know whether their students will be returning or not before they will know if they will be receiving voucher funds. If families do end up receiving TEFA voucher funds, then they can not also receive a Valor scholarship.
For the best experience, use either the Enroll icon on the Valor App, or a desktop/laptop computer to complete the forms on Renweb through your web browser. Please let Bethany Brown know (Admin@ValorPrep.com) if you have any issues with the enrollment process or any questions! Thank you!!!
