ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Friday, April 10th: We are excited to host grandparents and special guests on Friday, April 10th beginning at the Valor Gym. Guests will enjoy quality time with Grammar students, including light snacks, a brief presentation showcasing student learning, and opportunities to visit the book fair, art displays, photo booth, and more. Grandparents will then head to our new campus at Bosque Square, where they will attend an open house and get an exclusive look into our new campus.
We know that not every student has grandparents who can join us. If this is the case, please feel free to invite an honorary grandparent - an aunt, uncle, neighbor - someone important to your student(s). This is not required. PLEASE NOTE: a RSVP is required for attendance at this event. If any information changes from what is listed, please email gsadmin@valorprep.com.

Logic School Fine Arts Night Volunteers Needed!!! We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
Preparing Artwork Displays, Signage,
Event setup (arranging artwork, florals and displays, and signage)
Refreshments and hospitality
Event clean-up
Whether you are available the weeks leading up to the event or for an hour or the entire event, your support makes a tremendous difference. Fine arts programs thrive when families are involved, and your participation helps communicate to students that their artistic efforts are valued and celebrated. Attention parents of students volunteering at Camp Blessing this summer: we – all 43 of us – have completed our registration forms! When Camp Blessing releases the Volunteer Packet for 2026, Kirsten Escobar will schedule a meeting for parents and students to discuss camp logistics: payments, packing, preparation, travel, etc.

Our lost and found is overflowing three large wagons in the Rhetoric School. Parents, please send your children to look for their coats, jackets, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, water bottles, curriculum (curriculum!) sports bags, and shoes that we have picked up in the Upper School Village.

Quarter 3 RS Report Cards will be posted on Tuesday, 17 March after we return from the spring break holiday.
Attention parents of students in advanced courses: please complete your student’s registration with Colorado Christian University (CCU), our dual credit partner. Mrs. Randall, Mrs. Brock, and Dr. Escobar have emailed you and your student with step-by-step instructions for enrolling in courses at CCU. And just to remind you: Valor will use the course fees you paid for your student’s advanced coursework to pay CCU. You do not send any money to the college.
On the afternoon of Tuesday, 14 April representatives from 30+ colleges will visit Valor for a mini-college fair. These schools, represented by admissions counselors associated with the Dallas Area Regional Network, are bringing their information and swag to our campus!
Attention parents of Year 12 students: Balfour will deliver caps and gowns to Valor on the afternoon of Friday, 6 March. Sarah Karr will receive them from Valor’s Balfour representative. Mrs. Karr will notify us when your orders have, indeed, arrived on campus. Thank you for your patience with this vendor.

Academic advising for the 2026-2027 school year has started. Rising seniors (current Year 11 students) are meeting with Mr. Miller this month. Rising juniors (current Year 10 students) will begin their advising in March. Please discuss electives, advanced courses, and graduation requirements with your student before he or she meets with Mr. Miller. We want this meeting to be helpful and productive for your student and to foster open communication between Valor and your family. Please remember: your signature is required on your student’s advising form, which will come home with your student.

Details are now avialable about Valor's Athletic Summer Camps! We are excited to offer a number of sport-specific enrichment opportunities for Valor students this summer. These camps are designed to help our athletes develop sport skills, grow in teamwork, hear devotional encouragement, and prepare for the upcoming seasons together. Below is a list of our upcoming workout opportunities, summer leagues, and youth camps. We hope many of our students will take advantage of these opportunities to grow both athletically and spiritually this summer!
Summer Workout Camps
Who: Incoming 7th–12th Grade Students
Cost: $120 for the summer
These sessions will focus on strength development, speed training, and sport skill work. All workouts will be at Valor (Bosque Square). We will NOT have workouts the week of June 29- July 3rd. Week of July 27-31st will be player led workouts/running camp during the TAPPS dead week. Workouts will begin May 26th-28th.
