We continue to be amazed by the generosity already shown and how clearly the Lord is providing. This is an invitation to be part of what God is doing in our school and in our families—trusting Him to lead each of us in how we respond. We’re grateful to walk this journey together, with open hearts and faithful steps. If you haven’t already, please take a moment to submit your pledge form here and view our Bosque Square Legacy Campaign webpage for more information and updates. We’re trusting the Lord together and are so grateful to be on this journey as a school family.

NEW 4th Grade Teacher
Libby Paul is excited to join the Valor family as a fourth grade teacher this year. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and is looking forward to sharing her passion for teaching with the Valor community. She has experience teaching at Castleman Creek Elementary, Hillcrest PDS, and Spring Valley Elementary. She has also been a counselor at Kanakuk Camps.
Libby believes that each student has unique strengths and is committed to creating a supportive environment where they can take ownership of their actions, treat others with kindness, and grow in confidence and character. With a focus on patience and encouragement, she aims to make learning an enjoyable adventure for each of her students.
Originally from Kansas City, Libby moved to Waco to attend Baylor University, and she has since embraced the city and Highland Baptist Church as her home. In her free time, she enjoys watercolor painting, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
Balloons week was a blast! It started with a celebration chapel complete with 5th grade speakers who made us cry, a tug-o-war, and a congrats banner held by parents that the future Logic school students ran through.
Whether it was playing bingo, having a reading campout, eating popsicles, or blowing bubbles, all the extra time with our buddies is always such a sweet way to end the year.
Classes also spent time going down memory lane. Third and Fifth grade came with black-and-white baby pictures, and the students had to guess who was who.
But, best of all, is the end-of-year encouragements that come because of Valor's unique culture and the discipleship you do at home. Below is a note from Emmie Fowler to Mrs. Moore. We love our Grammar School teachers!
Current 8th graders: As part of Valors academic advising process, Dr. Escobar is hosting an information meeting for Year 8 Parents on Tuesday (5/13) from 6 to 7 pm. Contact kirsten.escobar@valorprep.com if you have any questions.

Currently our Rhetoric Student cell phone policy states that cell phones can be in our students backpacks but can never be out during school. Logic and Grammar students can not have phones on campus at all. These same policies apply to smart watches.
We are considering altering this policy and requiring that Rhetoric students turn in cell phones at the start of the day, then receive them back at the end of the school day.
Our admin team recently read this article and wanted to share it with all of our parents, inviting your thoughts and questions.
1. Would you please take a few minutes to read this article and then,
2. then fill out this Google form to share any thoughts or questions that you have regarding this potential updated cell phone policy?
Please let Bethany know if you have any questions at Admin@ValorPrep.com. Thank you!!
Help the yearbook fill in some gaps in pictures! We are looking for a few more great shots from the following activities:
Senior Trip
High School Golf
High School Swim
High School Tennis
High School Track and Field
High School Baseball
JV Volleyball
ALL League Sports
Rhetoric House Events
If you can share photos from this list, please email them to yearbook@valorprep.com. Thank you!
