National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is an invite-based group. Students with an unweighted, unrounded GPA of 3.70 or higher on the 4.0 scale at the end of their second quarter of junior year will be invited to apply. The old 100-point GPA scale is NOT used in determining eligibility. Students are then evaluated on community service, leadership, and character during the selection process. Please see the NHS application rubric for more information.

Students selected for NHS participate in monthly community service activities and are expected to be leaders and role models at SHS!
