Purpose: The Room of Color is focused on academic success and retention, the Boys of Color group offers self-identified young men of all types of ethnic backgrounds resources and mentorships to reach academic, and achievement goals. The R.O.C aims to support academic persistence, and connect students directly with faculty/staff resources, improving overall school connection.
