029.1 Student Innovation Help Desk I, Advanced College Preparatory, Semester 2.50 Credits, Grades 9-12

Students in this P/F course have two pathways to choose from:

Pathway 1.  Tech Ninja: Students will learn how to integrate technology into education, troubleshoot Chromebooks and iPads, repair devices, and do special projects for the IT Department. SHS is seeking students who have an understanding of Microsoft Windows, G Suite, Apple OS, and Chromebooks or the ability to learn these systems, are patient, and are interested in helping others improve their technology skills.    

Pathway 2.  Library Assistant: Students will help create monthly themed displays, reshelve books, assist in curating book lists for classes, and assist with inventory.  SHS is also seeking students who have a love for reading.   Enrollment in this course is subject to MS/HS Library Media Specialist recommendation/approval.
