Photoshop Portrait

For this project, we were assigned to recreate a portrait of ourselves as a cartoon digitally. At first, I really didn't try very hard to incorporate the different shades and lighting, but then I decided to redo it and actually try and take my time.

We used adobe photoshop to create our images, We used the color selector tool to select all the different shades to then paint over the original photograph with the selected colors using the brush tool to create the "cartoonish" look.

The process I went through creating my image was very, very long. As I previously stated, I decided to try to really incorporate the different colors, shades, and lighting. More than enough erasing was done and there were many breaks in between.
