Dear St. Albert families,
With the holiday season approaching, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of shopping, planning, and celebrating. But it's also a time to pause and reflect on what truly matters: the people we love. Taking time for family during the holidays isn't just about gathering around a dinner table—it's about creating memories, sharing laughter, and showing appreciation for the moments we have together.
As we celebrate this season of gratitude, we pause to give thanks for the wonderful community at St. Albert the Great School. We are deeply grateful for the unwavering dedication of our administration, whose leadership and vision create a nurturing environment for growth. Our teachers, whose passion and commitment shape the minds and hearts of our students, deserve our heartfelt appreciation. We are also thankful for the students, whose enthusiasm, curiosity, and kindness inspire us every day, and for the parents, whose support and partnership strengthen the foundation of our school.
May this season remind us of the many blessings we share, and may we continue to work together in the spirit of faith, kindness, and mutual respect. Wishing all of you a joyful and peaceful Thanksgiving!
With gratitude,
Allison French
Learning Coordinator

In November, our Friendzy program will focus on the powerful virtue of Gratitude with the theme, “Stress Less, Breathe Easy.” This month, students will learn how practicing gratitude can positively impact their daily lives and relationships, even during busy or challenging times. Through engaging discussions, activities, and reflections, we will encourage students to appreciate the good around them and develop healthy ways to manage stress. Join us in modeling gratitude and mindfulness at home as we work together to help our students “stress less” and “breathe easy” in their journey toward personal and spiritual growth.
Congratulations to our Vikings who received the October Virtue Award for EMPATHY- click here to view names.

Families and individuals of all ages are welcome! This holy hour will take place in the church and will include prayers, music, scripture and time for silent reflection.
Save the Date for the first annual St. Albert iGiveCatholic campaign on Giving Tuesday! We are hoping to raise $8,000 to install a permanent camera in church, so we can once again broadcast Mass. This new system will allow us to stream more easily and more often.
Offering Livestream will help parishioners, school families and loved ones, near and far, feel spiritually connected to our community when they are unable to be here physically. Weekly Mass, School Mass, Special Liturgies, Sacraments, Funerals & Weddings, Graduation... We hope that you will “Give Back and Give Catholic” and “Let There be Streams of Mass”!
