I imaged two supernova remnants from Danville Conservation Area, New Florence, MO.
NGC0246 the Simbad Nebula or Skull Nebula. Imaged with a f=750 mm F/5 Newtonian having a Baader Coma Corrector and UHC filter, using a Nikon D5200 full spectrum modified baffled camera at ISO-1600. Total exposure of 70 minutes in 14 sub-frames and 9 dark frames. Stacked in DeepSkyStacker and processed in Photoshop. Images stacked is DeepSkyStacker and processed in Photoshop.
This object was low in the south horizon and transparency was poor.
NGC0650 M76 the Little Dumbbell. Imaged with a f=750 mm F/5 Newtonian having a Baader Coma Corrector and UHC filter, using a Nikon D5200 full spectrum modified baffled camera at ISO-1600. Total exposure of 50 minutes in 10 sub-frames and 8 dark frames. Stacked in DeepSkyStacker and processed in Photoshop. Images stacked is DeepSkyStacker and processed in Photoshop.
