NGC0598 M33 the Triangulum Galaxy, including emission nebula NGC0604. Imaged on October 18 and 29 at Buford Mountain and Whiteside Conservation Areas. Imaged with a Celestron C6N 150 mm aperture, 750 mm focal length (F/5) Newtonian with Baader Coma Corrector, and QSI 683wsg-8 camera having Astrodon Gen II filters, on a Celestron AVX mount, autoguided. Total exposure time of 7 hours 20 min through Luminance, Hydrogen Alpha, Red, Blue and Green filters. Processed in PixInsight.
L: 11 x 10 min (1x1), Ha: 4 x 30 min (1x1), RGB: 7 x 10 min (binned 2x2)
This is a crop of the region around NGC0604, a very large star forming region estimated at 40 times the visible size of the Orion Nebula.
