IC1848 the Soul Nebula, imaged with a Stellarvue SV80ST with SFFR-6 0.8x focal reducer and field flattener for an effectively focal length of 384 mm, F/5. The camera was a QSI583wsg-8 at -15C with Astrodon II filters and off-axis guiding. The system was mounted on a Losmandy G11G2 mount with permeant pier. The system was controlled with Sequence Generator 2 and PHD2. The total exposure time was 8.5 hours using luminance, Ha and RGB filters. The images were processed in PixInsight.
