The Milky Way in Cygnus

The Milky Way cutting across the constellation Cygnus. Imaged with a Nikon D5200 full spectrum baffled camera, 50 mm Nikkor lens at F/3.2. Imaged at ISO-1600 in three panels of 30 images, 30 images and 8 images, with a duration of 45 seconds each and long exposure noise reduction. Each panel stacked in DeepSkyStacker, flattened and cropped and stacked in Photoshop. The camera was mounted on an Orion EQ-1 with drive motor.

In this image, Cygnus oriented with Alberio to the left and Deneb to the right. The image spans 31 x 20 degrees.

NGC1952 M1 the Crab Nebula in Taurus

Imaged with a f=750 F/5 Newtonian with Coma Corrector and Baader UHC filter, using a Nikon D5200 full spectrum modified baffled camera at ISO-1600. Total exposure of 50 minutes in 10 sub-frames, 10 dark frames and 20 bias frames. Stacked in DeepSkyStacker and processed in Photoshop.
